We are a premium catering company and specialize in custom cakes all from scratch. We wholesale desserts for exclusive clients.
We use Alabama Farmers for our cuisine and concentrate highly on taste and presentation. Chef Bob has been a guest chef at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York as well as staged with Daniel Buloud, Claude Trigrios, and Laurent Tourandell. Chefbob.com, inc. manages the food service for The First Baptist Church of Birmingham on Lakeshore Drive and operates its company at this location.
